electricity, it seemed like ‘it should just be’ that you could generate
electricity from the movement of heat (and it turns out to be a lot more
common than I suspected!):

and, finally, it was under my nose the whole time. shame I spend so
much time with RTD’s and practically none with Thermocouples, maybe I
would have noticed this sooner. I believe we do have a number of
thermocouples laying around…maybe I can make something happen :)
