Still 6% is ridiculously low. Lowering the drinking age comes about 18 years too late to do me any good. I always did well on standardized tests anyhow. Maybe it was all of that illegal drinking. All that red reminds me of my household economy (damn student loans). I hope the woman who was dragged out of her house gets to laugh all the way to the bank.
