Seriously, this credit card company has been more ass ache for me over the past three or so months than any card I’ve had the displeasure of using in my life.

This week I get a letter saying that my $1.50 payment to pay off the card was returned due to an invalid account number, and I was asses a Returned Item Charge.  And if I don’t get my payment in on time, I’ll be assesed a late fee.  I get the letter Thursday after I get home from work, the payment is due Sunday.  So I take care of it today, Friday…and their website is down…

This is the kind of typical bullshit I’ve seen from Citizens Bank.  The same horseshit where my statements magically don’t show up at my house until I call and complain and then all of a sudden I’m bombarded by correspondance.

Fuck those cunts.  I hate Citizens Bank.  They are worthless, worthless assclowns.

I’m typing this while on hold.  When informed the Returned Item Charge was $20, I said “are you going to remove that?”.  They did, since they RAPED me on the late fees from last time they fucked me over (not their exact words, but that was their sentiment).

Woot!  The first good thing I’ve heard out of the card:  since their website was down, I couldn’t make a payment and the payment was due this Sunday, after speaking with her supervisor the customer rep was able to remove the $1.50 (which was a finance charge from the late fees from fucking me over regarding my statements), so the account is paid up and done.  I’m going to waterboard the card before I cut it up and burn it.   Don’t listen to the hype, waterboarding IS torture.   Maybe I’ll make a video, a credit card snuff flick…
